    Pros

Advancement opportunities...but at what cost. I've seen movement across departments and divisions with people who express a desire for change but aren't qualified to do the job. Competitive pay and bonus incentives. Casual environment. Flexible work schedule.

    Cons

You are afforded opportunities to advance, but due to the lack of experience and skill set some managers unfortunately drive the departments into the ground and create chaotic work situations, then hurriedly jump ship to another dept or opportunity. Seniority rules over experience and talent. Due to the lack of managerial skills and leadership, it can be an extremely demotivating place to work. They don't value good talent, but if you play well with office politics, you may very well succeed. Pick your poison, if you take pride in doing a great job and expect to be rewarded for that, then this may not be the place for you.

    Advice to Management

    Better leadership and managers

    Pros

The pros of the company was the flexibility to be off if you had important things in your family life going on. You could work a double shift or stay over or come in early if you wanted to make up hours.

    Cons

The cons are too much to mention so I will mention the important ones. First of all the helpdesk was very cut throat. Knowledge and know how was withheld for job security. With 12 people present on the help desk, only two people would be taking calls with 10 calls waiting in queue. Management knew this and never addressed it. There was always arguments and bickering with members of the helpdesk, with some almost turning into fist fights, with management just watching to see who's going to win. The training is totally absent, you get thrown into the fire with no help from anyone. They always tell you to search the WIKI which is a complete joke. The helpdesk SUCKS at Old Castle.

    Advice to Management

    Take control !!!!!
