I worked at Omada full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Work life balance. Good work environment. Colleagues are friendly and mostly helpful. Lunch is great, especially in the summer outside on the terrace.

    Cons

The top management is simply arrogant. One one hand, they deserve respect for business skills and building the company from scratch...however the way they treat people is not cool. The compensation level is way below average for similar positions and the management is very cheap when it comes to this kind of discussions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communicate with your colleagues better and show more respect. Until then all the talks about culture cannot be taken seriously.

I have been working at Omada full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The lunch is OK and the physical location is close to public transportation.

    Cons

The work culture at Omada is just thick with bad vibrations. You are in no way feeling welcome unfortunately. They do attempt to lift the spirits with arrangements and events, but in the end of the day - the culture there is just not really pleasent. I have regretted taking a position there for some time now - even I have stayed here to see if things got better. Sadly no...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Suggestion would be to replace management entirely, sorry.

I worked at Omada full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Ability to operate with Clients around the World is pretty good.

    Cons

Senior Management severely misses people skills and behaves arrogant and bad. It is very clear when working there that you should be very grateful that you are allowed to work there. At least - that's the perception you are left with when being in the office. In addition - management seems to have seen too many american movies. They attempt to replicate the behavior of management in the Hollywood movies, which is very far from applicable to scandinavian culture.
The company seems to consist of 2 different cultures who do not have any collaboration at all apart from sharing same office and lunching table. You either belong to one or the other culture. Not a unified company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make employees feel valued instead of felling like "cattle".

I worked at Omada full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The lunch is good and the office is on a convenient bus route. Office staff are very helpful. Good parties.

    Cons

Senior management is arrogant and self serving. They are in need of some education and training in managing people in a non-aggressive way.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at Omada

    Pros

Great company. Employees are respected and empowered to move their careers forward. You have the ability to work in ways that you feel are most productive and value adding. All of your work is value add and necessary, no busy work here. Sr. Mgmt is very receptive to your ideas and allowing you to act on these. It is not hard to walk into the CEO's office and explain a new concept you have been thinking about.

    Cons

At times it can be difficult to see a clear direction of where the company is heading and what is expected of you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more clear about company objectives and planning.
