I have been working at Omni Hotels full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

One owner owns all properties and so the hotel standards are the same across the nation

    Cons

Work-Life Balance is tipped in favor of work. Many company activities and benefits to offset that however.

    I worked at Omni Hotels

    Pros

Culture, good location for Ft. Worth experience, fellow team members, flexible with scheduling, good training for leaders in development, they are proud of their hotel, you might run into popular people or stars.

    Cons

Receiving support needed from upper management for information or assistance in order to be successful at your job or for helping to empower other associates.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to listen more actively to associates on what their needs are to make their job experience a positive one and therefor being able to provide better guests experiences. Be more involved in all departments.
