Amazing support and training from your supervisors and co-workers!

    Cons

For me, the location. The office is located in downtown Denver, and the commute wasn't much fun.

    Pros

if the workers take over the company and turn it into a worker's co-operative where they democratically take on the role that the boards of directors normally assume, it could be a good company

    Cons

Hudson Bay Railway doesnt pay some of hte local hotels rent and expected us to stay temporarily in a hotel with bedbugs. Hudson Bay Railway flagrantly violates collective agreement. Hudson Bay Railway doesnt maintain bunkhouse. Hudson Bay Railway has alot of shifts running in the middle of the night when the track is mostly empty in the day time. Hudson Bay Railway has employees who complained about not being paid.
