    Pros

Great if you're starting out and need to add a couple years experience to your belt.

    Cons

Lack of departmental culture- didn't know anybody outside my own team

    Advice to Management

Work on culture- feels too corporate and stale

  2. I would not recommend my enemy to work in the IT department at this company. Run from this company

    Pros

nothing much to good to say

    Cons

Typically throw issues at you without or short notice to fix asap and these issues don't have any information to work with like "IP address, hostname, who to contact, how many people are affected etc". Lack of information applies to site migration and adding a new device to the network "Nobody knows whats going on until last minute". Barely to no network standard with security breaches "using telnet and a local username and password for every device including FIREWALL". Overall, It's very frustrating to work here because the network manager is a YES man and can't answer the technical question your asking. I would not recommend my enemy to work anywhere in the Information Technology Department at this company

    Advice to Management

Stop being a YES man and get the technical answers before throwing us an issues or project because we will need these basic answers like "IP address, hostname, location, time, how to contact etc"

    Pros

There is the opportunity to work on a broad range of clients, and if you happen to work with a good director, then opportunity for growth. The problem is, there are not that many good directors

    Cons

Its a typical advertising/media house. Senior management are only vested in what they are doing themselves, employees are taken on and treated like it is a god given right to work there. Too many people just perpetuating their own existence there. Not a pleasant place to work.

    Advice to Management

get a CEO that is actually caring about where the company is going and can drive it forward. Rather than a bunch of rather benign empty suits.

    Pros

Very friendly environment, with some breaks to chat and learn from other people's positions. They really put an effort to make me feel I was part of the company, which I really liked and motivated me to work hard every day.

    Cons

I had some straightforward task which did not required me to be qualitative, but I guess that is not a job for an intern

    Advice to Management

Very well intern program with very insightful time

    Pros

Work hard, play hard. Sure some nights can be long and exhausting, but so can the awesome parties and happy hours. Definitely a lot of perks to this job.

    Cons

Pay is low when you first start out. Work itself can be fun or grueling depending on the client.

    Advice to Management

Act like you care about keeping your employees instead of just letting them leave.

    Pros

This agency has large consumer accounts that are fun to work on. Strong leadership contributes to a relatively positive work environment. In addition, most people work very hard, so even if you're there late, you'll be among friends. Because the agency is constantly growing, young and talented employees can get promoted every 12-18 months.

    Cons

High turnover on particular accounts due to long hours means constantly training new employees and enforcing process. Low-level employees get worked dumped on them.

    Advice to Management

Keep promoting from within. Keep being transparent about changes at the top.
