Details
Pros
Best people I've ever worked with, interesting technology RFID and architecture , very good potential for growth. Good opportunity to learn new things. Interesting and varied projects.
Cons
Disconnect between management at Ottawa, India and California office. Can be stressful to deal with management. Too focused on the home run vs building revenues organically.
Advice to Senior Management
Focus on building a real company instead of trying to get acquired
