Disconnect between management at Ottawa, India and California office. Can be stressful to deal with management. Too focused on the home run vs building revenues organically.

Focus on building a real company instead of trying to get acquired

No provision for career management for employee.
Its for like a family run business than a company.

Don't hire people from outside, Hire people from within your family to run such kind of business.
