    Pros

    The work was interesting in learning different features about blood pressure. Talked with lots of interesting customers. A relaxed atmosphere.

    Cons

    The company has no HR department that you can trust. It lacks communication between departments and lets employees get a way with to much.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get in touch with each other and be aware of what is going on in the departments.

    Pros

    Above average pay for the field-Medical Devices;

    Cons

    Management does not listen to mid-level managers input. It their way or the highway. Japanese run so there is a huge cultural thing there.

    Listen to your subordinates-they have great ideas in the trenches.
