    Pros

    Good as of now, need more time to check if all is true as it seems

    Cons

    A little awkard moments may come up once in a while, but if you are proactive, its nothing

    Try a little harder to become a corporate like company

    Pros

    Good client base like CS and Barclays. Interview process is extensive which is good thing

    Cons

    Not connected to employee.. Salary revision is not considered with contract renewals.
    Talent acquisition firm.Not connected to employee working on client side . Not aware of contract renewal process of employee with client

    Advice to Management

    Connect more with employee who are at client side

    Pros

    scratching my head but couldn't find a single thing to mention in this segment..but you can get good salary hike (at the time of joining only) and the designation you want..office timing flexibility i.e. 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM OR 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (note: this is you IN timing, OUT timing is not certain :P )
    sometimes you can get WFH also, new employees with high zeal to work: maximum employee with 1 OR 2 yrs exp

    Cons

    many cons:
    Salary delay, no process defined into work area, you may need to do anything whatever asked by your senior OR managers..no exposure to other technologies..poor management people, small and useless cafeteria, worst infrastructure (you won't find proper seating arrangement, no cubicle to work)..they don't have their own project..most of the project are 3rd party project means ODA resources are just like shadow resource to other companies..na major clients in fact..NO cab, you always need to come in formal etc etc

    try to understand the resource problem and don't bie fooled with chamchagiri

    I have been working at On Demand Agility as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Mostly employees of this company from India location will be on deputation basis. This company has a branch office at Gurugoan and employees will be deputed over Mumbai, Pune. Salary hike -- They use to take nice increment from parent companies to which employees are deputed, but mostly they will not give good hikes. Personal growth and work life balance -- All these depends on the company and the team to which we are deputed.

    Cons

    Branch Office at Gurugoan, Employees on deputation will be at Mumbai, Pune. All communication will happen on phone and mobile. some times getting response on phone call and mail will be delayed greatly.

    No proper responses to queries raised. Need to continiosuy follow up.

    During hiring process, they promise many things. 9 out of the 10 promises will not be materailized.

    Very flexible in terms of leaves, policies. HR processes are nice.

    Less personal growth as no direct manager available at client side.

    Pros

    1. Very supportive staff, with timely communication
    2. Normally they depute at client location and sometimes there could be delay in joining date or some other but no major issues
    3. No Salary issues, they pay you well
    4. Overall freedom at work place and not much intervention in day to day work style

    Cons

    Variable components need to be included.

    Advice to Management

    1. HR involvement has to be increased when employee has been deputed at client location. HR involvement in terms of training, certifications, get together, team gatherings etc
    2. Salary delays should be avoided

    Pros

    Payroll processing is good and ontime. As the resource count is between 50 and 150, the contract with the client is on a long term basis and stable.

    Cons

    Incase of a contract closure, you job is terminated and you need to look out for the opportunities, the interaction with the employees is not great.

    Advice to Management

    The interation and the communication on latest happening of the company has to be improved.
