    Pros

open environment and great culture. No micro management and hard-working atmosphere. As engineering team we have great opportunities to grow and to be promoted fast.

    Cons

lack of communication and a well developed process.

    Advice to Management

more communications from top down and between department is extremely necessary to be implemented. Process needs to be developed and plans need to be stuck to, instead going back and forth to reduce efficiency.

    Pros

I believe most of the non-management employees are good people trying to do work that will leave the planet a better place.

    Cons

The CEO is an egomaniac and the rest of the management team treat him with kid gloves and feed his ego. Everything I was told by the CEO about the company's prospects turned out to be a lie. The office environment is disgusting with mouse droppings in the file cabinets and live mice running about. You will be told that a new office is being built but all they have is a floor plan. There is no parking and you either have to get there at the crack of dawn or spend time circling the blocks to find a legal parking space. The benefits are practically non-existent consisting of only healthcare to which the company only contributes $400. There are absolutely no other benefits. Additionally, the company does not pay bills until a final notice is sent so don't be surprised if your paycheck bounces or your health insurance is suddenly canceled. This is not an issue of cash flow but an actual financial strategy.

    Advice to Management

Keep the CEO away from prospective hires, don't lie to them, and clean up the office!

    Pros

The work environment at OnForce is one that fosters team work, transparency, productivity, cohesiveness, collaboration and unity. The work culture is really great, everyone is supportive, very welcoming, and posses a "can-do" attitude. The great thing about this company is its rapid growth because along with growth comes opportunities!

    Cons

Benefits are good but can be better.

    Advice to Management

Adding more benefits will be ideal.

    Pros

I was welcomed early on, independence, flexible

    Cons

a bit of an island, support started off OK but went down hill, communication was poor, very little comm up & down the chain, after 2 years of building a territory & a pipeline, they kicked me to the curb without any notice or hint of an issue

    Advice to Management

be more open & honest and supportive, if you're going to build out a region, build it... don't go chumming!

    Pros

The office culture is great. Everybody higher up really tries to help you succeed when you first start out going door to door. They are also very organized when it comes to emails. Being a door to door guy , I really value what I learned each day going out into the field.

    Cons

    - when I worked there I only made commission, which was pretty tough when already had worn out a good amount of the territory.

  8. For the amount of hard work put in, very little recognition is explored, and pay is too low for duties.

    Pros

Potential advancement for growth within the company, since it is still in its early years

    Cons

I try to stay positive, negativity reflects productivity.

    Advice to Management

If management would be open to explore new ideas and stay on the same page, then there would be less confusion on both sales ops and lead gen.

    Pros

The only pro about OnForce Solar is the fact that you are working in an industry that is good for the environment and for companies investing in solar

    Cons

Burn and churn. They have project developers submit lead projects in Salesforce and them cut them loose if a project doesn't move along at a rapid pace. I left six half million dollar plus projects in their system. I am now competing with OnForce to win business I brought to the table. STAY AWAY from these gutter dwelling clowns. They insisted paying a base less than minimum wage was legal.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of three layers of management.
