Pros – I believe the leadership team at OnPoint really truly cares about its employees. They care about growth and are working very hard developing new business.
Cons – Takes too much time for the leadership to make personnel changes. One bad apple.

Pros – Good teammembers that seem to be very willing to help.
Cons – Micromanagement by people that may or may not even understand what you're working on. You're just a body in a seat sometimes.

I have been working at OnPoint Consulting
Pros – You can do anything here as long as you work hard and think outside the box. Management is totally accessable to all levels of management. Frequent corporate events open to all employees allows everyone the ability to communicate with other project staff, including the president and other members of the leadership team. OnPoint pays bonuses to all levels of staff for outstanding performance and hard work. This is a family friendly company with emphasis on staff retention and quality of life.
Cons – Management sometimes allows under- and non-performers too many chances to fail, when they should be removing them from projects and positions quicker to make room for quality-driven employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Employ performance metrics at all levels of staff, not just senior and middle management. This will improve hiring and firing decisions.

I have been working at OnPoint Consulting full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Back off support - excellent benefits and pay - Management there to support you and make you very successful with the client - company is trying really hard to grow.
Cons – The BD dept. I am not happy with their win ratio. I believe they need more writers on staff constantly responding to RFI and RFP. It is a numbers game, they more you submit the more you should win (with quality submissions).
Advice to Senior Management – With growth offer company profit share or even corp shares
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at OnPoint Consulting full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – The pay is very good, however, it is difficult to be happy with very good pay when the company is failing in its tasks.
Cons – Everything is about dollars. They have turned government contract work to less about the contract work, and everything needs to be accounted for, monetarily.
Advice to Senior Management – Do your job, do what the customer wants you to do, for the price you agree on.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at OnPoint Consulting
Pros – Excellent back off support - To include hiring, HR, tech support and project analyst. The company does everything they can to make you successful with the client.
Vacation - Policy has changed but I get 15 days year
Management - Very open to suggestions. Excellent support and there when you need them
Cons – Some Politics - Just trying to be honest here by telling you that every office has politics. But you if do your job your not going to have issues. I not have an issue with politics because I don't let myself get rapped up into that.
Advice to Senior Management – Start opening up more positions where we can see the growth potential. I know it is there, just show it to everyone.

I have been working at OnPoint Consulting
Pros – Able to take time off when needed.
People are generally nice and friendly.
Compensation thru salary and benefits equal to or better then most other companies (and negotiable)
Cons – Company doesn't seem to have a business plan or know how to communicate it to its employees
Leadership Team has bi-monthly meetings, but no one ever knows what goes on behind the closed door... everything is always very "hush hush". Very secretive
Lots of politics, everyone talks behind everyones back -- if you come here watch yours!
Advice to Senior Management – Be more transparent in decisions that are made
Talk more about the plans for each year -- what we are looking to do as a company, strategic direction, etc...
