    You receive good training,
    You have a Team Leader to ask for help when needed

    Cons

    pay isn't great

    Pros

    Nice people, Ok benefits, somewhat value educated employees. Decent corporate experience for fresh undergrad graduates.

    Cons

    Since the mergers and acquisitions, it's become very impersonal. Executives clearly act in self-interest. Career advancement is based only on how who you know in upper management over actual competency.

    Advice to Management

    Value your employees and show more of an effort promoting them.

    Pros

    Great people, wonderful supervisors; great call center atmosphere, a lot of incentives for their employees. They like to celebrate and keep the employees happy. All around great place to work

    Pros

    They paid on time every two weeks, what there was of it.

    Cons

    Where to start? The pay is low and the benefits are very basic, but they avoid revealing details until after I was hired. There is effectively no retirement matching and If you need a sick day you have a major problem. They demand a lot of work and it can be a VERY stressful environment. You WILL feel underpaid. They are owned by a private equity firm not in Jacksonville and all of the profits go to them. No matter how hard you work, or how much impact you have, as long as they can find people to respond to their help wanted ads they are not going to improve pay and benefits.

    Advice to Management

    Find a company where the employees can share in the success. Publix a great company. So is CostCo. They are out there. It is a waste of your life to let these people squeeze every drop of work out of you as cheaply as possible, so that some far away billionaire can be a ten-billionaire.

    Pros

    Nice office stations and that is about all I can really say. It was terribly cold in my work space and I had to hear a sick employee hack an cough all day every day.

    Cons

    Managers are not people oriented and assuring. Training was terrible, gave 2 days worth of training and expect you to know everything needed to be effective. CEO was horrible and prejudice. Employees backstab you and don't give new employees a fighting chance. Horrible place to work.

    Advice to Management

    Learn to care and trust your employees and stop treating them like they are criminals. Micro management will not get you the dollars the company is seeking.

    Pros

    Some of the management is very knowledgeable. Teams comprised of all different skill set.

    Cons

    The directors are idiots. They sit back and have no direction and vision.

    Advice to Management

    Pay attention and listen to lower management and employees. Consider we are people to. Stop.changing mangment so much on teams.

    Good benefits offered after 90 days.

    Cons

    Poor management; workload is overwhelming with no help or OT offered.

    Senior management (President, CEO, etc) have their blinders on and do not see the value of their employees

    Advice to Management

    Do not count the numbers BUT value your employees. If the employees are valued then the numbers,$$$ will come without effort.
