    Pros- Best leads in the business
    - True 1099 with the freedom
    - All the support you need is available
    - You can build your business to what you
      want it to be through hard work

    Cons- If you aren't a self starter this isn't for you
    - We travel all over the state which isn't an
      issue for me but may be for some

    Hard working employees are this company

    Call Center Agent (Former Employee) Stockbridge, GA

    ProsCompany was faith based(you could believe in whatever you wanted but they were very open to being spiritual and your spiritual walk), Had weekends off for family time. Benefit package was okay, Had incentives for highest grossing sales agents and paid training for your Life License.

    ConsVery long hours, money didn't equal the amount of work you would do. If the numbers were down, you were yelled at and when the numbers were up, you were chastised to do better. The negative remarks and actions of the management in the call center made the morale low and the numbers even lower. Management only saw dollar signs from their agents. People were fired for reasons out of their control and not given a chance to explain why and not allowed to be rehired.

    Advice to Senior ManagementBefore firing the best producing agents in your office, take time to look at the management in your call centers and how your employees are being treated.

    No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Prosif you like to cosip great place to work hours are hard and long pays just enought to put gas in tank

    Consthey take your residual income, explote your income for them, not a good place to work if you look at them cross eyed your gone
