I worked at One as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Lots of responsibilities and a great resume builder. Interns get an all-access pass to meetings, including strategy sessions, that at many other companies would be off-limits to interns. Open-door policy very helpful to interns.

    Cons

The staff doesn't have the best work/life balance and there is often evening/weekend work.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook

    I worked at One

    Pros

It is a small company with relatively nice benefits package and generous good vacation package. It has a good location surrounded with other high tech companies.

    Cons

It's salary is not very competitive compare to other high tech companies. And it's hard to grow if higher management changes a lot.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To made salary competitive to other high tech companies. To stand out from other via benefits, activities, event and other.

    Pros

Paid internship, which tends to be rare in Washington. Everyone is really friendly and willing to include you in projects

    Cons

You'll do a lot of administrative work...but hey, you're an intern.
