    Pros

I am not gonna slate the pros and cons thing but I'll share my experience so far. It's been 7 months here and what all I have to say will surely be a neutral approach. 1. I come to office around 10 or 11 at times and leave by 5. Flexible hours you see. 2. Work load is constant across every industry and i feel pity for those who say no work load. If that's the thing then I guess your company isn't doing any business. However, over here, smart approach is an applied science. We work hard and party harder! 3. There's nothing like Hierarchy! Strange isn't it! Well, what if i tell you that i had share a cup of tea with the CEO of the company just on the second week of joining. 4. If you are creative, keep your workstation untidy and pin as many posters as you want to. 5. Ain't satisfied with your work, talk to your Managers and they'll make sure they welcome your ideas and execute them. 6. Inexpensive food in mess. I mean where would you get a buffet platter at just 35. Though the food isn't that swanky delicious but yeah in a way it's pretty fine and yes, HYGIENIC. I can go on bragging about it for I haven't had a bad hair day ever since 200 days or working. But just in case if things turn out weird, you'd see me posting again. :D

    Cons

    1. Your team members might not be that creative like you are and they might just silently talk behind your back about you too making an allied with TLs and other cliche people. That's just one. You're right!

I worked at One97 Communications full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Jump in and find out for yourself. In the end, you will definitely come out wiser.

    Cons

Professionalism, respect and dignity are alien concepts. If you are a relative of the CEO or somebody close to him, or a pretty face, it makes a difference. Otherwise, they need people for increasing the headcount. To fool the investor that its a growing company and get funded. Even after 15 years they claim to be startup. No processes. They will give you a good hike at the time of hiring and then you are at their mercy, can make or break your career. Have summarily dismissed many CFO's, CHRO's in the past. Micro managed - one man show.

    Advice to Management

Stop burning the investors money. Be Frugal. Founders need to handover the management to the investors, in the best interests of the company. Investors need to get into the system and take control or to have a re-look at their term sheets and future fund flow.
