It is a good stepping stone. Do your best, try your hardest, and dont blow the oppertunity to use One Source to build your resume. Communicate with upper managment as much as possible and dont forget it is contract work. All the work is bidded and is kept to its lowest possible dollar amount. In most cases OneSources hands are tied to the contract of the facility you are working at. Remember that no matter what job you have at any level you are presented with the opertunity to learn several details of higher jobs and the one your doing to perfect your craft. Take advantage of the oppertunity.

Not much room to move up the ladder, low pay since its contract work.
