Great company to work for, strong management, although not always the best still really great people. Amazing work to life balanace. Truly cares about their employees

It was a good company to work for as a retail outlet.
Cons
They are shutting down all the retail outlets.
Advice to Senior Management
Don't decieve the employees. They knew well in advance the outlet stores were going to be closed in early 2009, yet let the employees work through the holiday season thinking otherwise.
