Details
Pros
To experience an employer who offers no health insurance. 1-2.5 hour lunch breaks. The freedom to arrive late with no discipline. On the on-hands aspect of things, first timers in the flexographic printing industry may learn through massive trial and error in wasting product with no immediate management discipline to correct/or develop training and/or skills to prevent future occurrences. Cost is NOT a factor..."apparently".
Cons
No health insurance. No medical benefits. No possibility of anything offered by the company regarding anything on a health plan platform. Work at your own risk. No professional atmosphere offered. HIGHLY underpaid salaries for pressman position. Company full of lies. Very tight-knit clan of personal friends.
Advice to Senior Management
Mismanagement of finances. A thief to employees by practicing selfishness with income for personal advancement. In conclusion, they will ALWAYS just "settle", therefore being peons of the industry.
