I have been working at Ooredoo full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great Company to work for, very multicultural and knowledgeable task force.

    Cons

Watch out for Local Managers who have no idea about their jobs but get them because of Country requirement and because who knows who.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to Appoint Managers who are educated and knowledgeable about their areas of work. Politics has to be controlled and encouraging locals professionally is required not financially. Money makes people stay but over a period of time it wears of to real professionals. Prospects for growth is very limited and even if one comes personal favors and kissing up has to be done to immediate managers jt toge a release.
