    DBA Work @OPEL

    Database Administrator (Current Employee)
    Frankfurt am Main (Germany)

ProsVery comfortabele working hours and you are not really expected to do too much overtime so the work/family life balance is quite good

ConsVery limited flexibility on the given working hours, Flexitime ? what flexitime, if you get in to work early, well that's your loss !!

Advice to Senior ManagementRealise that it's not just about butts on seats but also quality of work and be willing to be flexible .
