Pros
The pay depending on what type of job you have. Other than that there's not many pros. The location is not convenient.
Cons
Very cliquish. You must be as phony as possible to fit in. Not diverse at all so be very careful to try to adapt.
Advice to Senior Management
Take the time to appropriately train employees. Focus on the people instead of the business. Everyone is not the same.
