Very good! if you can find a good manager

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsOHSU has some great benefits. It is a very good company to work for.

ConsThe bigger the university gets, the more they have to cut back on perks for their employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't be a manager of people if you don't like people. It does nobody any good and makes everyone miserable

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Great concept, poorly executed

ProsGreat online teaching experience. Good instructional model. Great Staff meetings and collaboration available. Students are great and staff is very collegial.

ConsFavoritism shown. Lack of consistency in dealing with staffing issues. Pay is really off. Definitely a job for a second income earner. It is a problem if you exhibit any sign of weakness or wanting a normal life.

Advice to Senior ManagementAdministrative Degree needs to be mandatory for all principals of Charter Schools in general. People in positions of leadership should not spread gossip, and work on communicating clear expectations to the individuals involved.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
