Cons – The bigger the university gets, the more they have to cut back on perks for their employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Don't be a manager of people if you don't like people. It does nobody any good and makes everyone miserable

Pros – Great online teaching experience. Good instructional model. Great Staff meetings and collaboration available. Students are great and staff is very collegial.
Cons – Favoritism shown. Lack of consistency in dealing with staffing issues. Pay is really off. Definitely a job for a second income earner. It is a problem if you exhibit any sign of weakness or wanting a normal life.
Advice to Senior Management – Administrative Degree needs to be mandatory for all principals of Charter Schools in general. People in positions of leadership should not spread gossip, and work on communicating clear expectations to the individuals involved.
