    ProsLot more opportunities to learn. Get a chance to work on RTL to GDSII, and get a chance to work with customers directly.

    ConsLot more politics too. You have to really keep proving again and again, and too many folks to snub you.

    Good for Freshers

    Pros1. Opportunity to work on different designs.
    2. Can get hands on on top level work.
    3 Helpful managers who are technically strong.

    Cons1. Compensation is not up to mark.
    2. Appraisal doesn't depend on performance, its all manger's decision though u perform or not.
    3. Has strong internal politics. HR doesn't have any power.

    Advice to Senior ManagementPlease have strong flow for design closure and also proper policies that help employees.

    ConsPoor Facilities, Less entertainment. Good for freshers, not for experienced. Compensation and Benefits are not up to industry standard. discrimination based on language.
