    Pros

Fun Co-Workers Get bonus for some completed surveys Get hired quick once you pass test and/or training The night shift is the best shift

    Cons

Not enough hours on some days.

    I worked at Opinion Access

    Pros

They'll take anyone with a pulse. I can't imagine anyone has ever been fired, everyone with any sense quits.

    Cons

At least one the the political phone 'surveys' I was conducting was really a targeted smear campaign against certain candidates. On my first day after training, a number of us were written-up for being an hour late because the office had written the wrong time on our schedule sheets.

    Advice to Management

If you paid $2 more an hour and actually cared about your employees, you'd attract solid, dependable, productive workers.

    Pros

My customer service experience improved and communicating with people over the phone became easier.

    Cons

Not fair to workers, doesn't permit them to join a union. Employees were preparing to strike. You were only trained for one survey, and they won't assign you to another for a long time.

    Advice to Management

Train your employees to ALL of the surveys, so you don't have to keep looking for others. Letting your employees unionize isn't a bad idea either.

    Pros

You are paid weekly and have the opportunity to add shifts

    Cons

Training is somewhat helpfull, depressing and UNSAFE(dangerous) environment , schedule is subject to be cancelled often(12 to 28 hrs per week-maybe), minimum wage, payroll issues( constant errors-up to and including not getting paid correctly; if at all!), high turnover, everyone is considered PART/TIME-meaning NO benefits, medical or otherwise!

    Advice to Management

Allow more workers to be FULL TIME, provide medical benefits and give a higher wage(recently minimum wage was increased-but company needs to upgrade and new accountants so that payroll issues are addressed and RESOLVED!)

    Pros

I met a lot of kind people there staff as well as co-workers

    Cons

Not enough work..only part-time and it gets slow at the end of the year.

    Advice to Management

I had no problem with upper management.

    Pros

steady work when I started there. work is seasonal. gets slow at times. would call it down time. worked on a variety of projects. if you have some experience in telemarketing looking to find a job soon and you don't mind calling people on the phone.

    Cons

the slow periods. when there are only certain projects for people who are trained in specific work. such as bilinguals. the pay rate not that great

    Advice to Management

    Pros

    * Gain people skills * Easiest job in the world to get if you know how to type, read, and follow directions

    Cons

    * They send you home if you aren't as good as their top employees * If you show up late or on time you still might not be guaranteed a cubicle= work

    Advice to Management

    * First come, first served should only be applied when you're giving handouts. A cubicle for your employees shouldn't be one of them.

    Pros

Quick paycheck Very easy to get. You literally just walk in, and as long as you can read and write in English you've got the job.

    Cons

The bathrooms are dirty. Rules are ridiculous!! Cameras follow you. Training team is very rude and literally scare and bully potential employees during training. Confusion all throughout. Not allowed bathroom breaks. 7.25 an hour for painful headaches and rude treatment Supervisors act as though they're doing you a favor when you ask a question They do not allow direct deposit...?

    Advice to Management

Stop bullying workers and treating workers like crap. For 7.25 an hour you sure do expect a lot. Very unprofessional environment always breeds unprofessional employees.
