I worked at Opinion Access full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Only good if you have just got out of jail, have a GED or have no other option.

    Cons

They don't pay you for all hours you have worked. There is no such thing as a bonus structure. You have to call in the day before to confirm you will work the next day or you can get sent home.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Dont treat your employees as slaves and don't break labor laws.

I worked at Opinion Access full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Fairly easy job ( you just sit and call people to complete surveys)
    Get paid weekly !
    Fixed hours and days
They hire practically anybody that can type, speak and listen
    Long hours

    Cons

They hire practically anybody...makes for an interesting work atmosphere
    Long hours
    Kinda boring
    Rude people on the phone

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When training, try not to psyche people out about what the job is really about. There is no need to be condescending, loud and obnoxious during training. Other than that, keep at it.

I have been working at Opinion Access part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

immediate hire, easy interview process just pay attention, bilinguals make $9 per hour and $8 when conducting english surveys, no strict dresscodes (use common sense people), some of their staff are very professonal and helpful and truly want you to succseed. everyone is given a fair chance, but its up to you to take it...

    Cons

the interview process should be better at filtering people that cant read/write, some people dont take their work seriously some act and look a mess... also the office is kinda dark and depressing,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

sometype of uniform should be in effect, that might help some people get into a more professonal mindset, also the place could use better lighting, the dim lighting is depressing and tiresome..

Can be monotonous depending on the worker you sit next to in the call center.

    I worked at Opinion Access

    Pros

There are some fun energetic people there that can make the monotonous day go a little faster.

    Cons

Working with people of lower income can make for an unpredictable work environment. Minimum Wage. No bonuses.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Update ALL the technology used for conducting phone surveys. It'll make the work more productive and comfortable.

I have been working at Opinion Access

    Pros

Immediate hire is possible. all you have to do is past a simple test just make sure you pay attention to the video. the only pro I can give them is that there is paid training.

    Cons

Work conditions are horrible. bathrooms smell and sometimes people smell. the pay is too low and sometimes they have work for you. working over 40 hours is not accepted here and steal your hours do not work for this company unless your desperate for fast cash.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make payroll correct their mistakes many people weren't getting paid the hours they worked
