    Pros

Great opportunity for growth within the organization, makes you think of ways to streamline the work flow and bettering to meet client needs, never a dull day, excellent benefits

    Cons

No overtime pay but expected to work overtime management makes employees feel like they are conducting exit interviews when failing to meet client needs or deadlines and pass blame to the individuals rather than accepting faults as a whole team

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop making teams feel singled out because of their failures, dont make it seem like the individuals on a team are being held in an exit interview style when conducting meetings to discuss when not meeting client needs.

Hire more staff to help better meet client needs. Provide support for your teams rather than throwing them to the wolves. Offer better pay sometimes it feels like the overtime isnt worth the starting base salary you offer.
