I have been working at Opportunities Unlimited

    Pros

You have the opportunity to change lives everyday. The clients and many of the people you work with are some of the greatest people you will ever meet. Opportunities Unlimited is geared around helping people with a traumatic brain injury and special needs. The mission is "Maximizing Personal Potential Through Dignified and Purposeful Living."

    Cons

The management is not mentally fit. The only way you will be happy there is if you are part of the inner circle that makes fun of others. Hard to support a family in this economy while working at a non-profit. There is constantly changes at all levels which makes it hard to succeed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be nice to your employees. Don't wear pants that are so tight.
