    Opsware: Interesting job, bad software.

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Sunnyvale, CA

ProsChallenging, stimulating work. Always facing new, complex, interesting technical problems.

ConsSome of the products are really mediocre. Everything is rushed. Deadlines are way too short and product decisions were made for the moment instead of the long term. The resulted in very low quality, buggy code.

Advice to Senior ManagementLook to Google and Apple for guidance, not Microsoft.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
