Pros
Fast pace, leading the IT automation space, aggressive sales and marketing culture
Cons
Centralized decision making by a small team of insiders
Not much invested in making better products
Advice to Senior Management
Open it up, delegate decision making, improve communication with rank an file employees, empower individual employees to make decision without second guessing.

Details
Pros
Challenging, stimulating work. Always facing new, complex, interesting technical problems.
Cons
Some of the products are really mediocre. Everything is rushed. Deadlines are way too short and product decisions were made for the moment instead of the long term. The resulted in very low quality, buggy code.
Advice to Senior Management
Look to Google and Apple for guidance, not Microsoft.
