Advice to Senior Management – Try to make things better by listening to bot sides at times instead of trusting the person who has been very long in the business. Try to qualify people for the job before hiring them.

Cons – -insufficient pay for the amount of work done
-not employee oriented considering they are the foundation of the company
-lack of employee appreciation or promotion
-high employment turnover/lack of employee retention
-training could significantly be improved, especially of new employees

Advice to Senior Management – Develop strategies to retain employees, build morale, and provide proper compensation for your workers. The lack of appropriate compensation, respect and appreciation drove me to leave.

Pros – Very cutting edge products (Laser based 3D imaging, terrain mapping, space). Good co-workers.

Cons – After I joined during the first few years it was great. But, when the owner's son took over, it was only the ass kissers who got promoted. Another way to get a promotion, or even protection by management was to sleep around with your manager.

Advice to Senior Management – Wake up and kick yourselves in the ass! You laid off a bunch of people just so that you can give yourselves a nice bonus! In return another 20 people quit in disgust! Stop protecting those worthless middle managers and stop promising customers delivery times that are next to impossible to meet with a working product.
