    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As the company grows please don't lose the family feel. I have worked at several other agencies that felt like family but became to business like.

    Pros

Great Family culture runs throughout the company. It is awesome that both the owners are personable as well as approachable. They are available most anytime to talk about issues, concerns, and work in general. They are genuine and I feel that they want their business to flourish...not just for their benefit, but because they put their whole hearts into ensuring employees can help patients to their full potential. We get constant training and input so we may excel in our positions. I feel like as an employee I am empowered to perform job functions.

    Cons

Still runs like small company, but volume is very large...we are definitely learning as we go, and we are excited where this growth is taking us!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to empower empower employees to get job functions done in a timely and effective manner. I appreciate the approachability for work and personal conversation.

    Pros

The owners are very nice and only one of them will be available all the time.
The new Case Manager is the best thing that ever happened to them.
They are a small company that is growing fast because of the wonderful people that work for them.

    Cons

Little to no communication from everyione.
It takes several calls to get soemthing done.
You have to get your own credi card to get gas then wait for reimbursment
When someone is not there in the office or when a new person is hired, no one knows!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ensure cimmunication at all levels. Let everyone know when someone is oof, new or on vacation,
make a policy and procedure book.
Make those irrisponsible pay and not the whole staff
