Pros – The owners are very nice and only one of them will be available all the time.
The new Case Manager is the best thing that ever happened to them.
They are a small company that is growing fast because of the wonderful people that work for them.
Cons – Little to no communication from everyione.
It takes several calls to get soemthing done.
You have to get your own credi card to get gas then wait for reimbursment
When someone is not there in the office or when a new person is hired, no one knows!
Advice to Senior Management – Ensure cimmunication at all levels. Let everyone know when someone is oof, new or on vacation,
make a policy and procedure book.
Make those irrisponsible pay and not the whole staff
