    Pros

Really enjoyed working at Optus. Lots of career progression if you want to own your career. People were fantastic and a great work life balance.

    Cons

Moral is on the way down with the constant staff cuts. These need to stop but they probably wont. Not the only company doing this, just the world we live in today.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop all the red tape, make it simple and get some fresh people at the helm.

    Pros

Great office, good employee perks, Innovation is rewarded.

    Cons

Like a yo-yo staff moral is up and down but over the years I was there is going further and further down. Cultural challenges from leadership overtaken by HQ in Singapore ensure that trust amongst staff and leaders alike is nothing short of suspicion.
