    I worked at Optus


    Friendly co workers to work with and a good atmosphere in the store. Pay was OK and hours reasonable also.


    Difficult Customers and limited support on how to deal with them. Also product knowledge training was informal and ad hoc. When new coverage was available limited briefing was given.
