Its a great place to learn and to grow professionally. Work culture is excellent but management should give a bit focus on compensation area.

This being a product company, there is a lot of openness in sharing the knowledge. Access to lower management is fully available.

The communication from the management is completely absent. The policy transition is badly handled. There is not transparency in the salary structure. There is no such thing called a HR department. It is only a medium to pass on the management decisions

The management should be transparent about the HR policies. The transition to new policies should be planned and should be implemented using a bottoms-up approach rather than the other way around.
