Pros
- great resources, training materials, demo drives etc.
- good network to reach out to in cases of issues/difficult problems
- good product and product support (oracle support)Cons
- very little pay increases, and a complete disregard for raises even after good performance years
- a very minimal bonus plan
- management from my personal experience has been incompetent with regards to my area and usually takes 2 or 3 tries to get something through or completed.Advice to Senior Management
Pay your employees better! It's unbelievable to me that after investing all this training and building relationships with clients etc. that Oracle is so easily willing to allow people to walk - if you paid people a few thousand more it would make a huge difference,
