Pros
Exposure to large variety of technologies and markets. Good place to start a career in technology, or when you are looking to re-invent yourself

Pay seems low compared to other companies in the industry, but doesn't seem to be something they will fix any time soon

Replace those bean counters with leaders who are grounded in technology and execution details.

Invest in your employees. Provide real career guidance; don't just let employees figure out their own way. The company is profitable - don't be afraid to show appreciation for an employee's efforts by rewarding them financially or with PTO.

Oracle is a rather stable and well recognized company, which makes it a good candidate to put into your resume as a company where you worked

It is huge and very hierarchical company, and the needs of ordinary employees are very far from the goals of top menegers

Be somehow more close to the needs and interests of employees, profit is an important thing for the company, but unenthusiastic and unmotivated employees won't do a good job
