    Pros

    Great knowledge base available on the Oracle network, in every way. Great collaboration tools. Work timing flexibility. People are mostly friendly.

    Cons

    Limited area of functioning. Dont get to see the big picture. One specializes in a narrow area.

    Advice to Senior Management

    Help employees see the bigger picture. Make them aware of what they are doing will eventually lead to in the marketplace.
