Work culture is the best
Professional growth in terms of training is entertained
Right attitude product company
Work life balance can never be perfect in any other placeCons
Employee compensation after they get into the organization will be of no importance to top management.
Recognition of employees by monitory benefits is not to be seen.Advice to Senior Management
Sometimes the policy of "No care" on current employees while back filling the empty spaces with new resources may not work.
