Pros
Good work environment, exposure to latest technical frameworks. SDLC life cycle followed properly. Once you get in you will find the project management is really good. Good exposure to banking domain. Salary they offer don't have anything hidden.
Cons
No onsite for development team only for consulting team. No over time paid if you required to come to office on weekends. No extra benefit except for salary.
Advice to Senior Management
Need to work on employee friendly benefits apart from the salary.Should look for IT center in North India around Delhi.

good salary, if you bargain good. flexible working hours. not loads of work. senior and other team members support you like anything.

no career growth as such. after entry of oracle, it is becoming lesser. most projects are deployment or support projects.

Work culture is poor.Managers expect you to work for atleast 10 hours and u r expected to come to office on saturdays.Salary is very less compared to market standards.

Flexible hours. Not much pressure in the services department. You will have time for yourself. When there is work you have to slog but rest of the time you can chill.

Too many seniors. You are left alone if you make a mistake or there is an escalation. Pathetic food quality. Insects are often. If you complaint you dont get a response. No buses or traveling assitance when companies making lesser profit have it.

You need to choose the managers appropriately. Just the number of years of experience does not make a person a good manager.
