    Pros

Access to new technology and tools, great working environment. Meet people coming from different countries and culture. A great place to spend a few yrs and learn.

    Cons

Low to 0 salary increase over the years. Almost no carrer opportunities in the same department. Changing departments and/or job positions gives no salary increase even with promotions.

I worked at Oracle as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Exciting, real live projects. Amazing benefits including paid housing, a rental car and company events. Also 401k matching.

    Cons

No health insurance offered to interns. Lower salary than other similarly large companies.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep investing in the interns and we will return as full time employees to work for you. Add health insurance coverage and increase intern salaries to stay competitive

I have been working at Oracle full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    1- Good work life balance.
2- Some teams got good project and some not.
3- No hidden cut in salary. Most of it are in hand.
    4- Flexibility in work.
    5- less politics.

    Cons

1- Management strategy is not good. They say, they don't know about any decision taken by the company.

3- Retention policy is not good.
    4- salary is a concern.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please try to keep good people ,And please correct your hiring policy. its disastrous.

I have been working at Oracle full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

California-based US company, so decent competitive benefits.

    Cons

highly political, metric-driven culture. Lagging salaries.
do not anticipate the announcement of Larry's Ellison's departure to change anything for the better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give advice to Management? Like they would even give a care what I say. There are certainly enough surveys going around, they should read those first.

I have been working at Oracle full-time for less than a year

    Pros

So far my experience at Oracle has been good. The six week training program was world class and Oracle really invests a lot of time and money trying to make sure they prepare their employees for real work responsibilities. As a sales consultant there is a need to learn a lot of products and the product trainings with sales pitches afterwards really helped keep you on your toes and wanting to learn more and more about the product. Its a real self service company meaning that if you want to succeed you have to do what you can to make it, if you're comfortable with just doing the bare minimum then you can get by doing that but you will not move up in your career.

    Cons

Since I just started my job, I have yet to find any cons associated with working here. A job is a job and I'm really thankful for having one.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

So far so good, excited to be here and looking to excel my career at Oracle
