- Branding is recognised in the market
- Results are a clear factor in a persons key day to day decisionsCons
- management is very skewed to the old oracle way of doing things
- limited in some of the key management thinking
- self service cultureAdvice to Senior Management
- hire smart people that are able to lead
- invest in people and not just products
- too much self service or systems culture
