    Good experience overall

Senior Tech Support (Former Employee) Rosh Ha`Ayin (Israel)

Pros- Decent pay (started as basic tech support at 25 NIS).
    - Working conditions were better than at most other ISPs in Israel at the time (indoor gym, better health-care plan, stuff like that).
    - Company values are clearly presented and easily relateable.
    - Almost every team-leader was considerate and respectful of their employees.

Cons- Not much room for promotion unless you're a real "star" in your field.
    - The work itself is grinding, since tech-support means getting shouted at for hours by angry costumers on a daily basis.
    - In the last few months that I worked there new "product selling goals" started surfacing. This made things less pleasant for the workers (unless you're really good at selling things - but then why work as tech support?)

It was a great company to work for in the past, but it is not the best place these days.

Marketing (Former Employee) Rosh Ha`Ayin (Israel)

ProsThe company has pretty young employees which contributes to the general working atmosphere.
the management tried to embrace it's employees for quiet some time.

ConsThe saleries are pretty low than what is normaly accepted in the market.
For the last couple of years, since the competition in the communicatuin market in israel has growen, and the margins has droped the management tend to treat the employees like slaves.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry to restore the ambience that once ruled the company, and you might gain some more loyal employees.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Marketing department.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsThe main two reasons to work there are: the ability to maintain work-life-balance, and the feeling of belonging to one big family.

ConsThe major reason not to work in this company is due to lack of promotion opportunities, the pyramid is very narrow.

Advice to Senior ManagementLess politics. Make an effort to promote workers from the company.

    Not a place for engineers

Project Manager (Former Employee) Rosh Ha`Ayin (Israel)

ProsVery social company with nice people in the headquarter. Interesting technology and challenging business

ConsMicro management, not so quality people, lots of young people that grows from the inside company and not so qualified. Low salary for headquarter positions with no development plan.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to differentiate headquarter from the representatives - punching hours, salaries, development. mid-management is very low quality
