I worked at Orange Israel full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The main reasons to work there are: the ability to maintain work-life-balance, and it is a
big company with a lot of platforms and skills to practice .

    Cons

Unstable corporate , VERY slow to implement new ideas , you can get lost with the company bureaucracy. upper management and mid-management is mid low quality, just Fire fighting ,fear-based culture, high turnover. micromanaging.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Clean house and regain some stability

    Pros

Very social company with nice people in the headquarter. Interesting technology and challenging business

    Cons

Micro management, not so quality people, lots of young people that grows from the inside company and not so qualified. Low salary for headquarter positions with no development plan.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to differentiate headquarter from the representatives - punching hours, salaries, development. mid-management is very low quality

    Pros

A plenty of high professionals, lounge atmosphere, friendly management, pretty good facilities.
A lot of time available for self-learning.

    Cons

Quite controversial and highly depends on department: while engineering staff is high-end specialists - the R&D, QA and Middle-ware IT are just a crowd of nice personalities.
Outdated architecture, leak of comprehension of modern methodologies.

I worked at Orange Israel full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

The company has pretty young employees which contributes to the general working atmosphere.
the management tried to embrace it's employees for quiet some time.

    Cons

The saleries are pretty low than what is normaly accepted in the market.
For the last couple of years, since the competition in the communicatuin market in israel has growen, and the margins has droped the management tend to treat the employees like slaves.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to restore the ambience that once ruled the company, and you might gain some more loyal employees.
