Advice to Senior Management – Need shuffle of line managers in a regular interval for smooth operation

Pros – Very good working environment, norms & values.

Cons – Long organizational Structure. Some cases Contractual works full time, however get less benefit.

Pros – Work diversification is the major advantage of Orascom Telecom, you may work with startup company, or very stable one. You may also work with company having limited revenues and others with extremely advanced.

Cons – Processes are not well defined; appraisal system needs a lot of enhancements. Internal communication is a challenge.

Advice to Senior Management – Take more care about process automation and performance managment dashboard automation

Pros – I have e got a very good experience in this company and I've learned so many things as they sent me for a training course in France , and the management were very friendly

Cons – I can't find something to write here as a downsides, but the only thing it was dangerous to work there according to my country's security situation

Advice to Senior Management – Thank you for everything you did for all the employees and it was really very good company here in my country , the first and best Telecommunications company in Iraq

Pros – Orascom Telecom Bangladesh Limited (Banglalink) is one of the reputated and prosperous Company in Bangladesh .

Cons – There so many constraints cause there are many competitions in market . But its consequences should be good cause its activities are syncronized .

Advice to Senior Management – Management is doing very well my suggestion would be need to do concerntrate each and every sector activities while they are doing it but need to continue it .

Pros – OTB is very much process oriented. They became the 2nd largest operator of Bangladesh within 4 years. Good company image among the mass people

Cons – For the Junior executives, the salary is really very low. The scope of promotion is very limited. there is huge gap between the salaries of mid level and the junior level. People working in the tech departments are very frustrated.

Advice to Senior Management – Provide employees a good career growth so that they don't become frustrated.

3. Opportunity of decision making.

Cons – Minimum growth opportunity and less employer satisfaction.
