Pros – T people are great to work with, benifits.
Cons – Unprofessional managers. Some people get promoted because they've been there forever not because they are skilled. Most of staff lacks experience even though they've been there for years. This is their first and only job.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire a hr department and hold department managers accountable when their staff under performs. And provide proper training
Pros – Many of the staff members are super - a few bad apples spoil the bunch.
Cons – Very cliquey atmosphere, upper management disorganized. No HR to mitigate staff issues. Husband and wife team ownership - disconnect between management styles. Many of the staff have been there too long (and their first jobs). Zero room for outside input, suggestions on how to improve.
Advice to Senior Management – Get some HR personnel and the company will flow much better.
