    Pros

Everyone is helpful and nice. Management is not afraid to help out and perform all of the similar duties as their employees when necessary. Good communication and very nurturing environment. They provide you with a ton of branded nike gear to wear throughout games. Dress is comfortable. Lots of trust means very little micromanaging.

    Cons

There is not much room for growth, since they essentially only use students and interns. Have not heard of transition from intern to full time worker in the marketing department. No formal training, mostly just train as you go which is good or bad depending on who you are.

    Advice to Management

Not much to improve on. Many employees could be held accountable for poor performance, as I have seen quite a few consistently slack off without any negative ramifications.

  3. A very relaxed environment with not super awesome pay but itll pay rent and your bills while you are in school

    Pros

great for social networking. if you are a bit introverted or are having a hard time meeting people, its a great place for that

    Cons

It is real exhausting to work a full day of school and then go work for 4-6 hours. It isnt super fun but it isnt the worst i suppose

    Advice to Management

I mean this is clearly a temporary job for kids that are going to school. It would be nice to get some more feedback and if you could actually fire people for incompetence but I didnt have much to complain about.

    Pros

The office culture is great. Everyone is great and there is a lot of growth potential. Another benefit I might add is the flexibility. Being a student, it's sometimes hard to commit to certain number of hours a week so it's nice because they will work around your schedule.

    Cons

Working on football gamedays is somewhat of a con however, this was discussed prior to taking the position so it's not like it was a surprise.

    Pros

The campus is very beautiful, quiet, people are cooperative, some departments are very good, faculty and staff are friendly. Social science related programs usually have a good atmosphere around working place.

    Cons

Compensation for graduate students depends on the college and program, overall it's good but some departments overuse and do not respect graduate employees.

    Advice to Management

Set clear time-off policies for graduate employees.

    Pros

The best job on campus. Opportunities to work with the most interesting people on campus and opportunities to grow and teach everyday.

    Cons

Some patrons are very difficult and reluctant to work on their own bikes. Could benefit from a better structure of work hours and scheduling.

    Advice to Management

Additional training and networking could improve teamwork on the job.
