Details
Pros
Great mission - supporting organic family farms. Great products. Good, honest people. They are pretty understanding about balancing life & work. Wonderful location if you want to live in rural america and enjoy winter weather.
Cons
Headquartered in the middle of nowhere. You must either live in rural area or commute minimum of 2 hours per day to live in a larger community. You must endure Wisconsin winters.
Work for farmers so benefits, salaries, and perks are conservative.
Grew really fast so talent and processes didn't keep up.
Advice to Senior Management
You're doing a decent job of bringing in new talent from outside the area and company.
