I have been working at Orient-Express Hotels

ProsOEH has a great benefits package, flexible with advancing within the company, good management and flexible when personal needs spring up and time off is needed!

Conssometimes hard to receive salary increases and bonus structures tend to delay year after year. occasional communication pauses with operations and sales can be a challenge

Advice to Senior ManagementTry to express appreciation for employees and offer regular, standard salary increases and bonus structures when appropriate. Build better communication with hotels and sales teams on a regular basis

Not an structured company. There is no career line.
Crowded corporate offices.
Bad working stations.

ConsNot working as a corporate hotel chain as yet, but in full development. Do not look for standardized procedures, there are none.
