    Pros

OEH has a great benefits package, flexible with advancing within the company, good management and flexible when personal needs spring up and time off is needed!

    Cons

sometimes hard to receive salary increases and bonus structures tend to delay year after year. occasional communication pauses with operations and sales can be a challenge

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to express appreciation for employees and offer regular, standard salary increases and bonus structures when appropriate. Build better communication with hotels and sales teams on a regular basis

    Pros

It is rather a collection of hotels than a hotel chain. This gives you some space for creativity.
