Daimler Buses NA-Greensboro. Staff is back biting, troublemakers. Management needs to crack the whip to stop it.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsPaycheck was good, but personnel talked about salary to others, leading others to confront me about my paycheck and how I "didnt deserve my job"?

ConsNo confidentiality in Human Resources, a lot of cattiness, back biting. Three employees meet every hour, top of the hour, to smoke for 35 minutes and then ask for overtime. Management needs to come down hard on these folks. Alot of gossips.

Advice to Senior ManagementCrack the whip, you have some hard working employees that are caught in the middle of the gossipers and are victims of thier viciousness.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
