Former Employee – worked at Osborne & Little

Pros-Meeting great people. (clients)
-The work is easy, although can get boring at times.
-Never have long hours or overtime.
-Do not have to work evenings or weekends.
-They produce a lot of beautiful fabrics and wallpaper, therefore it practically sells itself.

ConsThe Management that I directly worked under is incompetent and severely lacks management skills, and although upper management knew of this, it was easier for them to just keep it as is instead of replacing the manager with a more qualified person. Management does not value good employees and hard work. They have a "do as I say not as I do" mentality. The pay is very little and there are NO commissions, NO bonuses and NO pay raises. There is little to no room for growth.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire more competent managers, and value the hard work of your employees or else you will find that no one will want to work for your company.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Current Employee – been working at Osborne & Little

ProsIf you live local to East Putney - Wandsworth, it is quite easy access to actually walk there....

ConsNo incentive - Nothing that encourages employees to come to work, no motivation whatsoever from the managers, and the management has a funny way of wlecoming yuo in their company as a new person: they crush your confidence as a "passing test" and then sort of leave you alone a little bit more as you become permanent.... But do not expect any positive feedback on your performance.....

Advice to Senior ManagementMotivate your employees.... Remind them now and again why it is so great to work for your company....
